We are not currently taking bookings for breaks that start before the 4th July 2020. All new bookings for holidays to be taken after 1st August 2020 will now be covered by Mastercancel. This means that you can cancel up to 2 days prior to arrival for a full refund. You can book with confidence knowing you can cancel for any reason. Our properties with hot tubs have an arrival day of Monday, Friday or Saturday, if you require a different check-in day please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT – Prices quoted are inclusive of the use of your own private hot tub for Honeysuckle, Willow and Wisteria cottages.
Jasmine cottage no longer has use of a hot tub unless it is booked together with Wisteria cottage by one family.
If you do not require the hot tub we will reduce the price of your stay as follows:-
Short breaks up to 5 nights, £50 discount – use voucher code NOHOTTUB50 when booking online.
For stays of 6 nights or more, £75 discount – use voucher code NOHOTTUB75 when booking online
To add the hot tub at a later date we will need at least a week’s notice please.
✓ Deposit Policy: We request a deposit of 25% at the time of booking and the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
✓ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be immediately notified to us by email.
If you cancel 61 or more days before check-in date, and we are able to re-let your dates, we will refund you the deposit amount which may be less than you paid eg if the final letting price was discounted or only some of the days are re-let. Should we be unable to re-let you remain responsible for the deposit and there will be no refund under any circumstances. You will be reimbursed at check-out date of original booking.
Bookings placed after 8th June 2020 and which are for holidays after 1st August 2020 have cancellation protection cover, meaning that if you cancel for any reason up to and including 2 days before check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid.
- Only lodging costs are refunded. Additional extras, will not be refunded.
- Refund Payment for cancelled bookings will be released back to the cancelling guest on the scheduled date of check-out of the original booking.
- Cancellations made 1 day prior to or the day of check-in will not be eligible for refund. Example: For a check in on Saturday, Guests could cancel the prior Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but not Friday (1 day prior) or Saturday (day of check in).
- Guests may cancel their reservation by notifying Odle Farm in writing that they wish to cancel.
